The commissioned project is the Client's property. The price does not include the dispatch price. The price does not include the obligatory rate of the Vat tax.

The Vision Agency does not take responsibility for projects sent in Corel Draw and PDF files publicated from Corel Draw programme and caused (by the fact) errors. Attantion! All the files with CDR extension will automatically be converted into PDF extension, including colour change to CMYK (excluding the company papers ordered in PANTONE or HKS colouristic). The Vision Agency does not take responsibility for Corel Draw colour conversion. The Vision Agency does not take responsibility for projects, in which the crop marks space is not as acceptable in a specific case.

The Vision Agency does not take responsibility for projects, in which fonts have not been changed to italics.

In case of PDF files exported from Corel Draw, in order to prevent a printing error, one should mark all of the photos and objects on the project and combine them with in common background – transform into bitmap. We do offer a checkup of all the materials sent by the client, it costs extra money. In relation to the possibility of finding errors (while generating PDF files in vector-form, not as a bitmap from Adobe Photoshop), the files from Adobe Photoshop should be saved as TIFF with no layers – oblat. The Vision Agency does not take any responsibility for wrongly generated PDF files from Adobe Photoshop, or wrongly generated files by Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw converted by other programmes such as : Adobe Indesign etc.

The Vision Agency does not take responsibility for projects wrongly prepared or incompatible with standards and all the consequent errors.
